From The Inside Out.

1 Samuel 16:7b, "the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart."  

Matthew 5:16, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."   

Here's a little thought for today:  If we look on the outward but God looks at the heart, shouldn't we make sure that our heart is right so that we shine on the outward so bright that it gives glory & honor to HIM?  That being said, when our heart is right, our actions, speech & attire will reflect it outwardly.  

1 Peter 1:15-16 says, "But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation (manner of life);  Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."  Being holy is making sure your heart is right so that you can shine outwardly in EVERYTHING that you do and give Him glory.
