Nowadays, you can find a "home remedy" for just about everything. But is reality there are some situations a "quick fix home remedy" just does not cut it. With the price of gas and food going up by the day (or at least it seems to be)...finances can become strained. In a world where the mind-set is "just use your credit card"...living on borrowed money. In a world where the streets are not as safe as they used to be. With the oppression that comes upon our families. A simple "home remedy" will not suffice. We need something more...we need security...knowing that there is a remedy for the pain and stress we face from day to day. THERE IS HOPE! I have found the best "home remedy" available!
John 15:7 says, "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you". And, in John 14:13 it says, "and whatsoever you ask in my name, that will I do, that my Father may be glorified". The Word coupled together with prayer in His name is the most powerful tool we have in our walk with God. Abide (remain, continue to be present, to sojourn, to remain as one) in Him...and allow His Word to abide in you...and whatsoever you ask in His name will be done unto you. Whatever you face...with the Word and prayer in His name...the answer WILL come. And, the end result with be that He is glorified. I know that following verse is used in context concerning His second coming. But, in Luke 21:28 it says, "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." The same thought can be used for any situation you face. When you abide in the Word and pray in His name things begin to happen. And if you can just look up and lift up your head towards Him, you will see your release and liberation approaching.
HE is able to do anything...there is NOTHING to hard for God! So when you put your trust in Him and abide in the Word and pray, call out to Him...He has promised that He will answer. The answer may not always be what we think it should be, but He knows what is best for each of us. He desires to work in our behalf so that we in turn can be a living testimony of His greatness. So in actuality...His Word and prayer in His name is the best home remedy!
