Connecting To The Power Source!

I was looking on the UPCI Ladies Ministry website (www.ladiesministries.org) and I saw the poster they had for Mother's Memorial 2007. Connect...To The Source. "According to the power that worketh in us." Ephesians 3:20.

Have you ever tried to use an appliance or power tool and it just seems like its broke or something. Then you discover that you forgot to plug it in. I know some of you are thinking, 'I thought only blondes did things like that'. But we are all human...and we do err at times. Anyways...It just doesn't work properly if it is not connected to the power source. As Christians, we work the same way. If we do not stay connected to the Power Source (Jesus) we just do not function like we were created to function. Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now unto Him that is able to do excedding abundantly above ALL that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us". He is definitely able (With God ALL things are possible). But, He is able to do exceeding abundantly above and beyond what we ask or even think! And He does by working through us. But, we have to keep the current of power flowing through us by praying, fasting, reading and studying the Word of God. We have to stay connected to Him. I guess the solution is really quite simple:

Little prayer...little power

Some prayer...some power

Much prayer...much power

Prayer...it keeps you connected to the ultimate Power Source!
