Do ALL In Jesus Name and Give Thank To Him

This scripture came to my mind this morning:

Colossians 3:17 (ASV) says, "And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." I also like how The Message translation puts it, "Let every detail in your lives - words, actions, whatever - be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way." 

You know, there is power in the name of Jesus.  In Matthew 28:18, Jesus said, "ALL power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."  And in Philippians 2:10, it says, "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow , of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth." Just think about it, what power there must be in a name that would drive something or someone to their knees. SO, if we channel every detail of our lives through that name, JESUS, what an anointing and power there would be radiating from us! And, then on top of that, maintain an attitude of thanks and praise to Him and the blessings would fill our hearts to overflowing.
