Hebrews 11:1 says,
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for , the evidence of things
not seen."
Now faith. That is the kind of faith that happens in the
"now moment". It is not
something that happened last week or is going to happen in the few days. It is happening right now, in the midst of
your situation.
This is the kind of
faith that has substance. It has
concreteness. Which means that is isn't
going anywhere. It's here to stay. It is a faith that has matter… it takes up
space. It takes up enough space that
fear and doubt cannot exist in the same space.
It has force, a force powered by the Spirit of God.
This is the kind of
faith that is the evidence you need. It
is the clincher… the fact that with God all things are possible. It is the testimony… the declaration of truth
that God will work in your situation.
