Be still! Just the sound of those words makes you what to move around and do something. Sitting quietly still is not the easiest thing to do. BUT, there can be a blessing & answering to your problem if you do. Isaiah 30:15 (NLT ) says, "This is what the Sovereign Lord , the Holy One of Israel, says: “Only in returning to me and resting in me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength. But you would have none of it." Don't be the one that didn't be still and listen to God. Return to Him, rest in Him. And in the quiet stillness your confidence in Him will strengthen you.
