~ Colossians 1:16 (KJV), "For by him were all things created , that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him." The Message translation says, "For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels - everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him."
Are you looking for your purpose in this life? To find it, you have to go to the One who knew you from the very beginning. Psalm 139:13 says that He formed us in our mother's womb. Matthew 10:30 says that He even has numbered the hairs on our head. Like it says in Colossians 1:16, the Message translations, "everything got started in Him and FINDS ITS PURPOSE IN HIM."
Like it says in 1 Peter 1:10 (MSG), "So, friends, confirm God's invitation to you, his choice of you. Don't put it off; do it now. Do this, and you'll have your life on a firm footing".
