~ Psalm 37:3-6 , KJV, "3)Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4)Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5)Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6)And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday."
~ Verse 6 in the Message translations says, "He'll validate your life in the clear light of day and stamp you with approval at high noon." Sometimes, things need to be seen in a different or clearer light to see there true value and purpose. And when I read the part "at high noon", it reminded me of an old Western. You know what they would say, "meet me at high noon and we'll settle this with a gunfight". Lol. Sometimes in life we face some pretty tough battles. But at "high noon", when the sun is the highest in the sky and the brightest, things can be seen more clearly. Do you want to know how to bring that "clear light of high noon" into your situation? Verses 3-5 tells us how... trust, delight and commit. First, trust in the Lord and do good. Then you will dwell in a steadfastness that will sustain you. Second, delight or express joy in the Lord and then He shall grant you the desires or requests in your heart, accordingly to His purpose for your life. Thirdly, follow through by staying on the path He has for you and continuing to trust in Him. Then, He will accomplish what needs to be done in your situation. So, don't fret or be discouraged...Like I read on Dr. Tony Evans page today, "God's got it. Whatever it is, He's got it. Trust Him."
