I Stand In Awe.

Psalm 33:8 (KJV), "Let all the earth fear  the LORD: let all the inhabitants  of the world stand in awe  of him."

To fear the Lord means to regard as worthy of high honor.  We show this by our worship. 

To be awe is the rapt attention and deep emotion caused by the sight of something extraordinary.

God is definitely worthy of the highest worship & praise we can offer.  And when you stop to think of His power and greatness, He truly is extraordinary.  He goes beyond just plain ol' ordinary.

This reminded me of a song: 
You are beautiful beyond description.  Too marvelous for words.  Too wonderful of comprehension. Like nothing ever seen or heard.  Who can grasp you infinite wisdom.  Who can fathom the depth of your love.  You are beautiful beyond description.  Majesty enthroned above.

And I stand, I stand in awe of you.  I stand, I stand in awe of you.  Holy God to whom all praise is due.  I stand in awe of you.
